How: Reserve your space today and join us in making our community flea market a huge success. To make your reservation, please contact the coordinator directly at the phone number or email provided. Bring your own shade, tables and chairs and sell, sell, sell.
How much: Seller’s $15.00 for (1) one 10’x30′ space
-Set up begins at 6 a.m. Spaces are filled on first come first served basis.
-Give your space fee to the coordinator.
-It is highly recommended sellers bring their own shade. It gets hot out there on the blacktop.
-Sellers park their cars in their space. Limit one car on the lot per seller. A second car must be parked remotely. We must be disciplined in our parking to maximize selling space.
-Sellers with one table may set up in the grassy area. Check with the coordinator before doing so.
-Electric power will be available for testing items only
-Restrooms are available for sellers only.
-Sellers must take away everything they brought in with them – leave no trash behind.
FYI – All proceeds from the flea market go to the operation and maintenance of the Mount Vernon lodge.
Taxes: We are a 501(c)(10) fraternal organization, therefore, donations to the Lodge for the repairs, maintenance, purchasing aprons, and jewels, etc., are not be tax deductible. However, donations to the Lodge for 501(c)(3) purposes, such as, “such contribution or gift is to be used exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary, or educational purposes, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals,” are tax deductible.
